Do I need to create an account to place an order?

To shop online from Al-Qaswa, you do not necessarily have to create an account. We offer ‘guest account’ feature to shop from us. However, by making an account, you will be able to:

  • Experience a quicker shopping experience by saving your shipping details.
  • Know about our new arrivals, latest sales and offers

How to order from Al-Qaswa?

You can easily order from Al-Qaswa as a registered user or from a guest account. All you have to do is find the product you like, select your desired size and colour, “Add to Cart” your product and then move to checkout.

How will I know that you have received my order?

Once you checkout, you will receive an order number and a call from our support team for confirmation of your order. When you confirm the order, an email and a message will be sent to you with your order details

What if I don’t receive the email or message?

Please check your junk or spam folder for email. If you still didn’t get the email and message then please call on customer service number 021 **** ****.

How do I check the order status?

One your order will be dispatched, you will receive a text message from courier service which will have your tracking number so that you can track your order online all the time. In case, you don’t hear from courier service, please sign in to your account or email us with your order or tracking number.

When should I expect shipment after placing an order?

Your order will be delivered between 3-5 working days, depending on the size and availability of the product. Delivery time is subject to availability of stocks and payment agreements.

What Kind Of Payment Methods Do You Accept?

  • Cash on Delivery: This payment method allows you to pay your bill after receiving your shipment. This feature is available nationwide.

What if I receive damaged/incorrect/incomplete items?

We guarantee the safe delivery of complete and accurate items. However, in case of damaged/incorrect/incomplete items in the order, please immediately contact with our Customer Care.

What if I want to cancel my order?

You can request a cancellation within an hour of placing your order before going to shipping. However, once the order is shipped, you cannot cancel your order.

How will I check the availability of required items?

It will be mentioned with the product details, if an item is out of stock. If you want the availability of different colors and sizes, please in the drop-down menu of the product.
