Return and Exchange Policy

We at Al-Qaswa ensure that our customers are always happy and satisfied. However, in spite of this, there are still rare times that customers are not 100% satisfied such as product is damaged or fabric is not what was mentioned in description.
To address this issue, we have formed a return and exchange policy which allows you to avail Online Store Credit of the equal value of your product (without delivery charges) for future purchases, within 20 days of receiving your orders.

What is Online Store Credit?
Online Store Credit is your digital money. It means you can return your purchase and utilise the same amount for future purchase.

How Can I use this?
You can simply drop an email with your order ID and request an exchange, and we will let you know the process.

Till when I can claim this?
You are allowed to request an exchange within 20 days of receiving your order. After 20 days, no requests will be entertained.

How do I send the item back?
Once you are eligible for exchange by us, you can simply send it back to us via courier. Mailing details will be shared in email.
Does it include delivery charges?

Unfortunately, we don’t refund delivery charges, unless;

  • You received damaged item at the time of delivery.
  • You received wrong/incomplete item
  • Or the item offered promotional free shipping

Except these, you will have to bear the shipping charges for courier.

Does this offer apply to the sale items as well?
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Returns: All returns must be made within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, we will be unable to offer you a refund or an exchange

Please Note that to be eligible for return, your item must be;

  • Unused or unaltered
  • In the original packaging with tags
